Adobe Student and Teacher Editions are for use by students in K-12 or higher education, and teachers at K-12 or higher education institutions. They do not come with a serial number. Before the software can be installed, you must obtain a serial number by submitting proof of eligibility for this program to Adobe. If you cannot provide proof of eligibility, you will not be able to use this product. A higher education student is defined as a full or part-time student enrolled at a higher education institution defined as an accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring no less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time study. Primary and secondary students are those enrolled in a full-time program at an accredited primary or secondary school. Teachers are defined as those employed by an accredited primary or secondary school, or a public or private university or college.
Student and Teacher Edition end users may purchase only one license each of any Adobe Student and Teacher Edition product. This license may be used only on a privately owned computer. These products may not be resold by the end user. You must provide to Adobe (not to Academic Software) a photocopy of a valid, current student or faculty ID that includes your name, a date, and a photo. If you do not have such an ID, you must instead provide a photocopy of a valid photo ID and one of the following items:
Official, current non-photo student ID with name and date
Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student
Official, current tuition bill indicating name of school and student
Official, current report card indicating name of school and student
Other official dated proof of enrollment or employment
Other identification as permitted by Adobe from time to time by posting a list of such Appropriate Identification on its Internet website.
Students who are under 18 and do not have a valid photo ID may provide an official letter from their eligible educational institution stating their name and current enrollment status. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY KIND ON ADOBE STUDENT AND TEACHER EDITIONS, SO YOU MUST BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE.
